Love the living room, the way my family room is so open I am not able to move my furniture around and I really miss this. It’s like so refreshing and makes the room look new growing up I would always change my bedroom around and help my Mom rearrange the living room. Have a great and blessed week❤

I think the new filters don’t do this, but when you have metal wires or a stiff wire grid on the filter, usually that needs to go towards the big hole not the metal cover . If that makes any sense. It’s supposed to be there for support to hold it from caving in like your old one was doing .

I change mine once a month. I put a reminder on my phone. I go to Lowe’s or Home Depot and buy 12 of them. I get the cheap ones that’s what our AC guy said is the best to use.

Absolutely! Our hvac company recommends monthly filter changes because of the area we live in, but they’ve also said “if you’re gonna stretch it, don’t stretch further than 90.” But clearly I don’t always listen because here I am stretched 6 months 🤣

I've been watching since the beginning of your youtube journey and have you ever grown. The current living room looks great. It's hard to redo in small spaces. I know for my situation the living room furniture can only be one way as the TV hookups are on one wall and one only. As we rent there are no options for rearranging. Oh well, it works so all is good.

My husband changes our air filter on our furnace which also runs our air conditioning about every two weeks. We don’t have a lot of grass, mostly dirt, rocks and trees. We live in Georgia and our filter is always orange. It can be orange in a few days. A person who came out to look at our furnace told him it’s open on the end. Which kind of scare me. We used to have a cat that would climb up on the hill, and up onto the roof of our house. I guess the hole was small or he would have been in there. Or maybe it has some kind of screen over it. I’ve never climbed up on our house. I can’t rearrange my furniture in this house. And it drives me crazy. At our old house I used to rearrange the furniture all the time. My next washer and dryer will be front loaders. Then I would have folding space. I usually use my dining table. It’s the only long enough flat surface that isn’t cluttered. I did just clean out my laundry room. It was a total disaster. My daughter got me a Bissell hand vacuum. And it’s rechargeable. But I couldn’t remember where I put the cord. I have a shelf in there that holds all the things I have nowhere else to put. Well, I found it right away. I still need to clean the shelf over the washer and dryer. We have wicker bins and I don’t even know what’s in those. That will be my next project. I’m pretty sure it’s all junk I didn’t know what to do with it. And it will be going in the trash. I’ll do it when my husband isn’t home. He doesn’t like to part with anything. My daughter, granddaughter and new great grandson were supposed to be coming this weekend. But there’s been a change in plan. I’m still cleaning my house like they were coming. And then I will do the extra projects. Maybe my closet clean out too. It’s a mess. I can’t change out my clothes yet. Because summer hasn’t left here. But I can clean it up.

I have to give Ace hardware credit for keeping me on track with my air filter schedule…They call me every time my order comes in 😂 I named my vent Harry🤣Though it’s stays more on the balding side now 😊 Not a better and cheaper way to refresh a room as to changing furniture around but my personality demands me to do it, otherwise I feel I’m in a rut. I like your rearrangement of the living room. I’ve had to go back to the more clear containers. You know that out of site out of mind saying?
