The same fish as in the first part, but it was caught one month before. Catch and release, helps to be happy again... I hope to catch her again after the start of the new season fishing in Norway…

If only you would handle the fish in a way that would maintain its health. Pulling them back and forth like that, can damage the gills and so can your grip on the gill cover.

How does that poor fish feel when someone drags it out of its home with something unpleasant and then after a few minutes, suffocated, tired and injured, it is finally released back to do it again with some "sports" fisherman? Have you ever thought about that, fish lover? 🤷‍♂️
