Hi there, I truly love your videos. Lots to learn and entertaining at the same time. As a side note and no offense to whomever taught you but that is not KimChi. Kimchi is bright red from the Korean Gojuchan pepper paste and flakes. Unless you are making white Kimchi i suppose but I have never seen it pink. For the best kimchi recipes go to Manchii KZbin page, shell teach you many different types including radish and cucumber. Good luck and thank you again for your hard work.
@brandonfoy95834 жыл бұрын
You should use weights/stones and let the kimchi sit out in a dark place for at Least a month, don’t touch it just sit it and forget it in the dark, the longer the better though. It will start to really stink but the flavor is insanely delicious! And more beneficial microbes populate instead of just LAB. The best kimchi in Korea is made that way, aging for months, I think you all will really like it.
