That one is the grab and go truck. It's only really scheduled 2 full day's during the week. Then is used part-time, and quick jobsite repairs.

Hey Mason, I am out in Phoenixville and I am recovering from getting run over on my 1957 Panhead by a Ford F350 18 months ago. Before my accident I found a 4x4 Ford Ranger with the V-6 and xtended cab. I removed the the pickup body and went to Ringold's and bought a flatbed. Installed the flatbed and I am now working on a 50 gallon compressor that I found on the side of the road of all places. I passed it in a field with a snowblower for two days and I figured it fell off a truck. No one ever came and got it so my buddy who does towing picked them up for me. The compressor head was shot and threw a rod. I am replacing the head with a twin cylinder 5 horsepower compressor head and rebuilding an old Briggs flathead to power it. I am building a hydraulic power unit with a power steering pump to run the hand made outriggers and modified 1000 pound crane I bought from a guy on facebook. I really need to find a project autocrane like yours but I haven't been working because I literally have been learning how to walk for the last few months. I may just build the crane from scratch as well. Thank you for your video. I hope we get to see each other sometime. We are about 49 miles away from each other. iam starting a mobile welding and fabricobbling business along with "emergency"machine shop for making parts for machinery that either cannot be sourced or will take a long time to obtain and the machine needs to run like yesterday.I am a chemical engineer and I have been working on electroplating 3D printed parts so they can be strengthened and used until the real replacement part comes or......Hope to see you over the summer my friend.

Well Sir, I hope you are recovering swiftly. I also hope that you get that Panhead back to good health too. Maybe you get all straightened up and we can get together and put some miles on it again. If you don't mind riding with an Evo Wide Glide. Hope to run into one day. I might have a connection with a 3200 lbs Autocrane. That is if the old miner will part with it.

@@mlhrepairsllc6942 Haha good news. I have seen cranes all over the place price points. I really want a project crane. Really just the steel and I can provide the hydraulics and the power system. Well also a worm drive gear I suppose for moving the crane 360 degrees. I have to get out and do some jobs and then I will just get a whole crane and install it. There is a guy Kyle Brigham who has a video that is so inspirational. You should check it out it is five minutes long and it shows him buying a diesel truck for $2000 , sourcing a service bed and compressor as well as a crane and through still shots shows the build and some jobs as well as his kids at school and the truck ever present working or playing. It almost brings tears to my eyes when I watch it and I don't know why...I do not know if my bike is savable but I am building severla others for dirt (a dirtster) and an XS650 motocross/enduro, an XS650 bobber and a shovel chopper.I found a 1970's Porsche in a field in western Pa and I just started sheet metal work today. I went to a body shop and they gave me a bunch of trunk lids and door skins to cut the sheet metal from and it is all super high quality steel. Worked on the rear deck lid with my friend from 3 oclock till 7 tonight and it looks great so far. Lots to go. Absolutely we will be catching up and riding this summer as soon as I get one of the bikes done. I'll give you a call sometime this week and hopefully you will have a minute to talk. looking forward to some scenic Pa rides.

Truthfully I am not sure what it was. When I bought it there were 3 being sold elsewhere. 1 in South Carolina, 1 in West Virginia, and 1 near Pittsburgh. They all had the same setup and decals. But nothing saying the original location.

How's the Texa on volvos?
@mlhrepairsllc69422 жыл бұрын
It's not. I need to get the cord for attachment. I just use Volvo's dash mount for flashing out codes
@mlhrepairsllc69422 жыл бұрын
Okay, just to update you on the Texa and Volvo. It's actually not horrible. Have used it about a dozen times since I got the adapter. It was a great help in probably 11 of the jobs. Not perfect but a helpful tool for sure 👌
