The Pakistani people are truly warm-hearted, approachable and the most friendliest race I have ever known. This has got to be one of the most interesting videos i've ever watched. Living in America for my entire life, and never traveling out of country, I would have never guessed or expected a massive ceremony on the border between countries to exist. Do I know the reason for it? No. But the sheer rush to get in, chanting, and joy on everyone's faces makes me so happy and has opened my eyes to just how diverse the world is. The culture and traditions seen here were amazing, and I wouldn't have ever known they existed without watching this video.

6 USD for a room. For that you used electricity, clean water, someone had to clean the room after you. So, why are you surprised when you see poverty in India. Someone from one of the richest nations in the world knocking the price of a room down from 10 USD. I'm embarrassed.

It's called haggling, if they accepted the offer it means it was an acceptable price. He's not a charity, he's travelling all the way from Ireland to Japan, he has no obligation to pay more for services than what is absolutely needed and when you're travelling in foreign lands, especially places like India, you should always be under the assumption that they are overcharging you compared to locals.

@@tyraster8603anyways, I also believe that prices should be fair for everyone but it's also not like that he will come to Streets by giving an extra dollar to a hotel owner

You did something that’s almost impossible for Indians and Pakistanis. Crossing the border just like that.
