Now I know how to make a manual, semi automatic, and automatic car gearbox and this is the last bit of needed to learn! Great to have people, however simple the thing is, to help in times of lack of creativity.

the issue with that is drive is 1 to 1 and reverse is 1 to 2 so its faster in reverse then in drive

You can simply use the reverse as drive and drive as reverse...
