Anywhere there is a damn with resivprs this size, should have hydro elec plants... The emergency spillway is massive, should be a high water simple design hydro plant as well

None of the 4 dams will have a Generator system. Not cost efficient.

🤦‍♂Until this work on Secord and Smallwood started, there had been very little worth documenting over the last several months. You'd know this if you checked in on the live cams at all. He can't record video of something that isn't happening yet.
