It still occupies almost same space, because you need to put chair separately. But looks much neater than a constantly out in the open table-chair combo.

That is awesome and simple to understand however two things to ask, what are the dimensions of the channels where the the foldable part runs. Also could you please tell the name of the hardware the 90 degree bracket with the small wheel?

First thing-- Amazing presentation. Next very well explained. But could not understand where the sliding unit was attached/ nailed.

You need to use 2 wooden pieces about 1 foot and then fix them to the 2nd box. The second box which was shown after the 1st one. And then from the 1st box take the sliding unit and place it on the wooden pieces or which will attach to the 2nd box.
