You can! BUT because of the pen housing, if you leave it in, it won't go flush. I find it MUCH easier to just rip off the cover with the magnets. Plus it's lighter without it

I've heard a lot of people say that the magnets in the case interfere with the S Pen. Did you test that by any chance? I use the S9 for illustration/art, so precision is key...

Not in my experience! The pen shield keeps the front flap of the cover away from the screen when it's open. My cheap one i had off temu however definitely interfered. It often just locked the Tab!

Eh. Build quality seems nice, but not the right angle for handwritten notes imo makes it unusable.

If you use the pen housing as the prop to keep it up, I think it's a great angle for writing. But writing angles are very personal.

Unfortunately not, there's only this angle, the portrait angle, and if you want it a little higher, you have to lean on the pen extrusion on the cover. So ye, not great for desk art.

Why on earth are some people asking about drawing at an angle on a desk ? NO ONE draws on paper at an angle so why would they ever anticipate this with an elec device ?? You just use it flat of course to draw.....🙄

I discovered I really like this cover after buying it by mistake. Thought I was getting the keyboard book cover. 😂 I'll probably use it when I don't anticipate needing a keyboard and don't want to risk damaging it. The keyboards on most aftermarket offerings are garbage. Just say no!

Unfortunately I didn't get access to the keyboard. I actually bought my own Logitech Pebble

No protection on the sides, and no perfect angle for writing with the S Pen. bad points.

It's more a folio. I use somewhere where I carry my bag, so that's the side protection. Once its on my desk being used, there's little to no need for side protection unless someone picks it up and throws it. I guess if you don't carry it around in a bag, you'd want side protection?
