I would imagine they slowed the process for filming purposes... but European manufacturers are known for operating at much lower laborer specific output than American manufacturers. However, it's worth noting their injuries are much lower and employee health is much better.

Die Produktionsgeschwindigkeit ist ein Witz! Ca. 20% der Zeit geschieht nichts produktives, und 30% läuft viel zu langsam ab. Die restlichen 50% scheinen mir auch nicht auf schnelle, kostengünstige Produktion aus zu sein. Ich habe zwar Gott sei dank noch nie am Fließband arbeiten müssen, aber kaputt machen tut man dabei sich offensichtlich nicht. Und ich wunderte mich immer, warum Neufahrzeuge immer so teuer sein müssen sodass ich mir auch in Zukunft keins leisten werde/kann. Schon irgendwie traurig...

Ich kann dich trösten: An anderen Fließbändern, zum Beispiel VW, Ford und Mercedes, geht es anders zu. Da gehst du nach der Schicht auf allen Vieren nach Hause. Das hier gezeigte Video sieht mehr so aus wie ein Probebetrieb. Für die Produktionszahlen viel zu viel Roboter, viel zu langsames Arbeitstempo, da gebe ich dir Recht.

Der eigentliche Witz ist ja, dass hier keine Batterie im eigentliche Sinne produziert wird. Es werden hier lediglich aus Asien importierte Zellen in ein Gehäuse verpackt und vorher noch etwas bearbeitet - und am Schluss das "made in Germany" draufgeklebt :)

Die Zellen sind von der LiTec Gmbh und werden in Deutschland hergestellt und LiTec ist ein unternehmen der Daimler AG
