If he were truly a medium, wouldn't he know the name of her mother? Crosswords? That wasn't correct. Who is Robert? Then he misdirects with "Am I over here?" and then "sometimes that happens" -- here is he basically saying that "hey, when you talk to the spirits, sometimes they aren't correct." Then about moving -- that is incredible to think that in a family an older person would move...that is general enough for a hit. He got very little correct for that first woman.
