An objective metric by which you can tell. 3. Attainable: Is it even possible to achieve this goal. 4. I recognize a lot of what Leo is saying from some books I've listened to on audio tape. But I guess it might be pretty universal stuff since it's tried and tested. And yes, sharing indeed is caring, and it's a great way of helping others.

+Nick Weston Winner of a video, I been tryin to find out about "good personal goals for work" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Farnicaas Switcher Capitalisation - ( search on google ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my brother in law got excellent success with it.

Actually, "R" stands for relevant. It asks you what is the ^purpose^ behind you having that goal. Why is that goal important to you. Relevance is a key part of SMART goals because it addresses your ^motivation^ behind setting that goal. And that motivation helps you stay dedicated to it. If you cannot think of anything for Relevance then it means this goal is probably not important enough to you and you are less likely to stick by it. You cannot miss this part because it is extremely "relevant" to SMART goals. ;)

l'm from Brazil, and my life goal is to go to an lvy school in the US, more specifically Columbia, l've had terrible grades in the past, because l basically didn't do anything related to school, but l know when l dedicate myself even if it's a little bit l get great results, l'm going to junior year, and l plan to make a big change. But l wonder if it's even possible at this point.
