Brenda/Pumla, please check that salary advance option. I vaguely recall that when an advance exceeds a certain amount and payment period exceeds 3 months, it becomes an interest free loan which is a taxable benefit which some employers may not want to do in their HR policies. Please look into that and comment when you have a moment
