Just wondering about connectivity to your Hi-Fi for better quality sound-as opposed to using the projectors speakers. Would it be using the headphone jack 🙁 or could that USB be used with a DAC?

I think HDMI ARC would likely be the best approach providing the HiFi system can accept it, this is a great question something I didn't think of

How far from the wall/ screen does this projector need to be placed for a ~100 inch display?

Am I the only one who thinks the image is oversaturated? The colors are very warm.

You can adjust it with a colour saturation control and full colour cms

A 100inch hdr image that’s pretty good with a very good black level and contrast for $399 is a good deal, what is there to be fed up about? I list all the short comings in detail too and there no affiliate links here? I am not selling anything I am reporting on whats cool about this new type of projector.

The full story is the first projector I ever bought was a Sony and it cost me about £6500 ex demo from £8500 and yes it had a better lens than this one and had the brightness to play on a bigger screen but apart from that it wasn’t that much better. It was also huge and hot and noisey , I had a ton of bulb issues and I sold it 18 months later for £1500. That experience hurt and it was not that long ago . So that is why I appreciate these latest projectors as much as I do.

I don’t remember the fan noise so that means it was just normal as you would expect and not intrusive but of course there will be some fan noise
