Smart TV to analogue 5.1 Dolby digital sound

Connect 5.1 ch home theater to smart TV. Digital to analogue converter. HDMI arc To RCA o/p
New smart TVs having OTT platforms. Amazon prime, Netflix...etc. this platforms have very good quality (technically audio, video) of content .
In smart tv you can watch videos with very good quality visuals but audio you can't. because Tv have only 2ch output with low wattage.
But smart TV have capability to deliver Dolby digital, Dolby digital plus, Dolby atmos output to external audio system. For this type of output your TV should have HDMI arc or HDMI eArc output. then only your TV can deliver Dolby sound.
But main problem is occurs when your home theater don't have HDMI in or HDMI arc or HDMI eArc port.
Very budget friendly home theaters(5.1 ch) don't have any kind of HDMI port to connect TV. most of home theaters have RCA analogue inputs.
In your TV If there is HDMI arc port then you can extract audio from TV as 5.1 ch and 7.1ch
If there is HDMI eArc port then you can extract audio from TV as Dolby atmos sound.
In this video we are extracting audio from HDMI arc and convert into 5.1 ch RCA analogue.

If we connect Left & Right RCA speaker direct connect to the auxiliary port of Tv , sound is also coming. Does the 5.1 channel proper high quality not comes through RCA speaker to direct auxiliary ?

Which hdmi wire you use is it's compulsory hdmi arc wire for audio

You can use any good quality hdmi cable. There is no special ARC cables

Interesting. My subwoofer just has LR inputs and instead uses filtering to extract the sound channels to go to the individual speakers.

What if your TV already has an optical Outpur? Only the optical to analog converter must be enough in this case, right?

You can use with optical output. Then you don't need any hdmi extractor

​@@SilvioDante-qg7dcI think Optical Port & HDMI have Dolby Digital Sorround, Dolby Audio & Dolby Atmos support. 3.5mm jack auxiliary port does not support Dolby Atmos, Dolby Audio, or Dolby Digital Surround.
