15k file is just yo create a glide path. Then we should use any of the rotary system of our choice to prepare the canal

sir i have one question that whenever i try to take working length radiograph with all 4 files in the canal, where should be the stopper of files wrt the cusp? like the distal files stopper we can't put on distal cusp we have to put it on mesial side to accommodate all 4 files but while using apex locator we use distal cusp as coronal ref point in case of distal canals!! can you clarify what should be ideal ref points for each canal? There can’t be any ideal position for each canal. It depends on the coronal curvature of the canals. size of the file used, amount of orifice enlargement done and so on. The following can be done 1. Whenever you are using apex locator(with single file in place) use that as the definitive reference point. While taking radiographs use a mix of 21 mm and 25 mm files to minimise the overlaps and facilitate placement 2. Apex locators are pretty accurate. You shall do cleaning and shaping as per the apex locator readings and directly you can take master cone radiograph Flattening the occlusal surface in the name of creating a stable reference point is NOT a good practice from my point of view (my personal opinion and I never do that in my practice)

The word Pre bending is use instead of pre curving. I feel both are same. May be pre bending is used when an acute bend is placed instead of smooth and gradual curve.

A complete block in the coronal portion we could try to bypass with ultrasonic instruments. Block in middle or apical regions sometimes cannot be negotiated. We should accept the hard truth in some situations complete negotiations are not possible. But we don’t see these cases in social media and in journals. Some well controlled researches states that 10 percent of canals looking calcified in radiographs Cannot be negotiated.
