Can sx orifice opener cause transportation?is it better to use glide path file 15,03 coronally to 1/4 of canal as orifice opener or use k15 file at coronal portion ?

We are using Sx just to enlarge the orifice so that subsequent steps will be easy. Using files like 15/03 in an unexplored canal can lead to instrument separation. I prefer hand files for canal negotiation.

Is it possible for the canal to be complete calcification? I couldn't find the canals on a lateral incisor. What do you think of using SDF when you can't find the canals

After trauma, the root canal may be completely calcified. If the canal is completely absent in the radiograph and the tooth is asymptomatic with no radiographic changes, then no treatment is needed and the tooth need to be kept under observation(if there is discoloration, veneers or crown can be placed) If the tooth is symptomatic or there are radiographic changes then, periapical surgery with retrograde MTA would be the best treatment. I am not sure about the effectiveness of SDF in case of calcified root canals.

Mesial root: Mesio buccal and mesio lingual Distal root. Most probably one canal - distal canal Radix root will be present in the position of disto lingual canal - One canal

Sorry. I was talking about radix entomolaris. In case of radix paramolaris Mesial root - mesio buccal and mesio lingual plus more mesial and buccal to the mb canal there will be radix paamolaris root: mesially there will be three canals altogether Distal root - One or may be two canals will be present
