I followed your tutorial, but there is no sound effect in the game. Please tell me how to play the sound effect when the doll turns. In which blueprint should the sound effect node be placed?

In the doll bp, just add another custom event that is set to multicast and use the node “play sound 2d”. call this event when the doll moves
