japanluv find beats that already match the sort of cadence you're intending to use and rewrite the verse(s) around it. Just like a paper, report, poem etc.. You !should! be writing multiple drafts of each verse and experimenting with different deliveries.. Hope that helps. Keynote to this message is to just write multiple drafts. Rewrite and rehearse..

Say you have a strong message you want to get across and that’s what you want your focus as an artist to be, but does every song you make have to have a message or can some be brainless fun tracks?
