Smash and Grab RCMP

Red Deer RCMP and AMA held a smash and grab demonstration on Thursday as part of Crime Prevention Week, which runs May 11-17.

Bro why are the rcmp breaking car windows? Isn't that what the criminals do rather than the rcmp?
