Incineroar, contrary to popular belief, is an extremely skillful character that requires a lot of patience. He does a lot of waiting, but once he gets in he gets DAMAGE.

Zero mainly talks about tournament play. I think Pushblock even mentioned that Lucina is a bad match-up for G&W in his video. He can win but it will be much more a struggle than other match-ups.

I dunno about F-Air being bad as people say it is; Maister seems to use the move a lot when he plays, Snickledorf (another G&W player) said he actually feels pretty good about the move now, and Dabuz said it's really solid as well. Then again, I should probably keep quiet and let the move get buffed further; my main could always use more love X3

It's a very good pressure tool. You can just short hop f-air on the enemy and then just fall back due to the insane air speed.

Personally I think G&W should have a 2/5 in Defense, he may be super light and not have a lot of good out-of-shield options, but his up smash being invincible, bucket making projectiles almost useless against him, excellent crouch and great recovery are plenty to stop him from being a 1/5.

Game and Watch imo is one of ultimate’s biggest success stories for better or worse. Seeing how he went from being considered low to mid tier with a bit of potential at the start of the game’s lifespan to being now top 10 is one hell of an improvement. Even tools thought to be mediocre or outright bad at first are now considered to be phenomenal and at least somewhat useful.

Okay as a longtime game and watch player, I would like to make the case that Fair is not a bad move. It is if u try to approach with it, Ive died a lot doing that especially early on. However, when your opponent wants to approach, it can be really annoying and if they try to hit it you can punish that, and if not they have to play around it. Definitely shouldn’t spam it in place, but while retreating, it can give you some breathing room. The other reason its kinda amazing is it works as a combo tool where you put the bomb, then go to where they get knocked back to (which takes a while to get the hang of admittedly and is inconsistent still) then you pretty much can do whatever you want. It’s like a doubles combo. I usually opt for grab if I’m chasing but if I beat them there, up smash is devastating. Fair is certainly far more situational like up tilt, but in the right scenario, I’d say its a better tool than any other option

#PleaseAnalyze Snake. He's an amazing character, has great results, and has a ridiculous amount of potential. He's able to be played numerous ways at the top level of Smash, as evident by the extremely different playstyles of Ally, MVD, and Salem. He's heavy-ish, slow-ish, but at the same time fast with the best normals in the game, some of the best specials, and surprisingly good aerials. His frame data is wild and could use a breakdown from you. Your videos are amazing and I hope you consider Snake as a possible candidate!

#pleaseanalyze Villager, there aren't all that many videos about him, and he's got some interesting moves, like the Lloyd Rocket being so slow that you can place it behind you to punish dashgrabs from fast characters, they simply slide into the projectile and go boom

I’m going to throw in a bid that you do a complete guide for Incineroar next. There is NOT nearly enough information on this character and I watch far too many players in tournament play make poor decisions. A better, more fully developed understanding of this character is necessary for the community to develop. Please make this happen as more conventional fall backs, such as smash boards and kuroganehammer, fail to give newer players a full grasp of this character. I know you have a full plate with school, but I know that you efforts will be appreciated by the Incineroar community.

When Zero talks about characters, he speaks of them with the pro scene in mind. Tier lists can mean almost nothing outside of tournament play. That said, good analysis video. Pretty much all the data on G&W in 34 minute package that includes brief explanations on all of it.

Defense should be at least 2/5 because of up b out of shield, and he can zone with forward air as well as patties, plus you cannot edge guard him

Agreed mostly, tho he is edgeguardable as the hitbox only is out for halfway up the up B and forward air loses to everything except shield. So it is poor at zoning. 2/5 is a reasonable argument though
