Your recipes are so basic yet delicious! Keep up the content, mate! Also, Don't forget to chunk up a lobster tail, toss it in some salt and corn starch and fry that baby up and serve with sweet chili sauce. Easy and amazing! Cheers Smash!

My childhood too, used to wade through about foot of water on Sandbanks, Poole Harbour, scraping with our toes for cockles, overnight in a bucket of clean water, boil up, and then eaten cold with vinegar, salt n pepper.

Hello, congratulations for your channel, i use to catch that clams here in Portugal, they are very tasty, i cook them with onion, garlic, a litle of olive oil, sea salt, some white wine and hot chili pepper. Delicious with frie potatoes Good catches

Another SMASHing video. I know how much you like honey. Try purging them in honey flavoured porridge oats. Brings the sweetness out. As they have water inside put them in the pan dry and as they open the others begin to steam leaving you with a nice liquor. Give it a go....I promise you'll thank me lol. Nice one Jay 👍

Bacon, Onion, Mushrooms & Garlic an excellent combination with any meat/shell fish sometimes add a green or red pepper as well. That looked delicious, then we have the actual beach and views from it. Sure the crab that nipped you wasn't a lady crab in disguise. As always well filmed and very interesting, thanks for posting.

Nice haul! I do the same with bubbler with clams and scallops, and hang the oyster off our dock. Makes huge difference with them purging the sand. Nice dinner!

G'day from down under mate. Haven't been able to comment for awhile as I generally watch through my ps4 but handy I always found with cockles was to cook them with the strainer in the pot

Yeah there’s different seasons for abalone spidercrabs and a few other species, yeah we get king spiny cockles but I find them chewy so we don’t try find them
