Great video as always buddy. I saved it for the wee ones bedtime she's finding you to be such a huge source of inspiration and interest especially with all the beasties and even the seaweeds and plants which she recognises from our walks. God help anyone she catches littering her shore 👊

Ooooh! "Ribwort" is a new word I just learned for one of my favorite plants! Plantago lancolata (we call it narrow-leaf plantain here in the US) and it contains the active ingredient in Mucinex! You can make and drink tea from the dried leaves of this, and it helps loosen and cough up mucus build up in the chest during colds, in addition to TOTALLY being an antiseptic bandage option in nature!

Your the man Jay, not many people would take that rope with them, but like always you still loved going to do a bit, no food but it's not all just about foreiging, as I use too do, when I went to North Wales when I was a kid, I wanted to turn rocks not turning on the waltzes, keep these vids coming, but you had good weather that's a bonus of the day

Another brilliant video, again your enthusiasm is outstanding but again your let down by irresponsible behaviour of those people who can't be bothered to put the rocks back properly or take their litter home. I promise you this, when I get to the beach I will take a bucket for litter and tidy a small area of beach to just try and make a difference. As for the content of your videos, they are so interesting and you are so knowledgeable are there any books you recommend?
