Ooooh! "Ribwort" is a new word I just learned for one of my favorite plants! Plantago lancolata (we call it narrow-leaf plantain here in the US) and it contains the active ingredient in Mucinex! You can make and drink tea from the dried leaves of this, and it helps loosen and cough up mucus build up in the chest during colds, in addition to TOTALLY being an antiseptic bandage option in nature!

Another brilliant video, again your enthusiasm is outstanding but again your let down by irresponsible behaviour of those people who can't be bothered to put the rocks back properly or take their litter home. I promise you this, when I get to the beach I will take a bucket for litter and tidy a small area of beach to just try and make a difference.
