This is the content I have been looking for. As a fellow KZbinr (Absolutely green and brand new) I have been looking for inspiration along my journey to expand into the water from my shore fishing adventures. I have juggled between a tiny boat or a big boat and the last few videos I have watched of yours has helped me make that decision. I love my beach fishing from the shore, but I do not live close enough to worry about ocean fishing, but my lakes and creeks would be great with this 12-foot jon boat for catfishing. Bonus points for also finding someone who is not afraid to speak the word of God and their love for the lord. Subscribed and looking forward to watching more of your content. hey greyson, God bless your vids are awsome, u have inspired me to get a little boat, i am going to be fishing with my dad in south florida, the glades and canals and flats as well, will the pond prowler be a good purchase? also i’ll be transporting on roof

you will love the prowler! I love love mine. Car topping is popular for the pontoons. I would not recommend it for the jon boat. I'm located in Panama City

I cant decide on the jon or prowler. Likely will use it mostly with the wife, as i have a kayak for myself. Probably get the prowler just because itll fit in my truck bed easier and potentially be easier to pull out 🤷‍♂️ cant really decide. Plus i wanna buy new and nearest place is bass pro about 2 hours from callaway, i think. Either way, not having to register or insure is what im aiming for

Yeah, I think it's Destin right? I'd buy used closer. It's cheaper. BUT you will in fact have to register if you put a trolling motor on. Which you will have to do. But you do not need insurance. I have used the jon in my truck bed. I have a 6ft bed and it fit great. Actually not too bad getting it in and out. It weighs about the same as the prowler but the extra 2ft makes it a little easier to lift into my bed personally.

Im 220 lbs, wife is 110, so im thinking prowler for around tyndall afb to shell island and the bay on dupont. Also, opinion on the roundabout 360 skiff? I was debating that even though they are 3k, for ease of transport. Also, think i saw your prowler under the dupont bridge this morning? (Oct 23)
