Fun Fact: lobsters are technically immortal. they don't really age, and their bodies by themselves could keep going forever, if it wasn't for their shells, since growing their bodies means they have to keep shedding and making new shells, and eventually they can't keep going anymore since the stress of growing new shells takes a toll on their body until they die. to be fair, their shells keep them alive too, as they'd be easy prey without one
