Go West Live featuring Alan Murphy 1987 - Part 2 of 4

Go West in concert as part of the Runaway Train tour promoting the "Dancing on the Couch" album. This is the second incarnation of the live band - the core remains Peter Cox, Richard Drummie and Alan Murphy but now with Pete Adams (keyboard), Jaz Lochrie (bass) and Jimmy Copley (drums).
I know a lot of fans feel the first line up was best but these guys are totally on it - they're superb players and as tight as a gnats crotch here!

Saw them in 1985 (Bangs & Crashes tour) at the same venue. Was the first and only chance I got to see Alan Murphy playing - he was an essential part of the sound of Go West as far as I was concerned and it was a tragedy his life was cut so short. I miss those days so much. I miss the girl that I took to the same concert too. Time is a cruel mistress.

Right? You think about these guys, Tears for Fears (live), Level 42, Bourgeois Tagg, Sting... I mean, they were like legit fusion musicians.. Probably not gonna hear that again for a while on the radio

I was 17 when this song came out she was 19 from Germany... it was the best summer of my life.. this video really takes me to a better place and time! Full of excitement hope and plans for the future ! I don't know what ever became of Dez .. but i hope shes doing great and found all she desired!!!

Eye to Eye...one of my all time favorites! For some reason, I think about a cold October night watching the last of the leaves falling with just dim street lights shining upon them. I guess it's just the artist in me seeing images set to music. :-)

I never knew there was another version of "Eye To Eye" for the longest time. I remember the version that was on their U.S. released "Go West" album back in 1985, and it was laid out differently than this version.
