‼️My Shoulder Pain Would Wake Me Up Until I Did This‼️
.
They would click
They would pop
They would snap
They would grind
They would HURT.
.
What they wouldn’t do, was work properly. If you’re experiencing problems with your shoulders, you’ll want to go through this entire video.
.
3 of the four rotator cuff muscles essentially draw the shoulder back and down and place the head of the humerus in its ideal position.
.
Into what’s called joint centralization.
.
The head of the humerus sits in the center of the joint and glides down and back when its moving properly.
.
What happens is the capsule that surrounds the joint becomes thick and restrictive, preventing the shoulder from moving anywhere near where it’s meant to be.
.
The rotator cuff muscles, which are often ignored, can’t keep up with the overpowering pecs and lats (both draw the shoulder into internal rotation), and you end up with a combination of capsule issues and rotator issues.
.
And...your shoulder feels like a grenade keeps going off inside of it, and it sounds like it too!
.

Dude. You saved me. I play tennis like 4-5 hrs per day with juniors and pros . My shoulder one morning just stopped working, couldn't even pay with my card in the store ,that bad. . 9 months of these shoulder exercises, it's back in shape ,now starting pullups again. I'm 50 years old by the way . Dr said , surgery and probably never tennis on high level . There's nothing better then this channel for me ! Thank you so much !

I've had shoulder pain for close to 20 year's. I started watching your videos and fryer the one where you said this is going to hurt. It did. I couldn't do the wall with your hands in a vee and touch the wall. So I payed on the floor. When I put my hands in a vee. Neither arm touched the floor. But I just waited and let gravity and kept relaxing my arm. The left arm. And down is a minute and and the right one in about 5 minutes. I also do the one that you lay on the floor and put your hands on the lower back. Two days of this and I payed down last night and had no pain in my right shoulder. I couldn't wait to put myself in pain today so I can sleep at night. Thank you for your videos!

Dude I get so much out of your videos. There is not a clinician in my area who has a quarter of the stuff that you have in your head. Watching your videos has helped me with pre-hab'ing/rehab'ing many of the injuries that I have had from living an active life. Thank you for this service to our community.

You are the boss my dude, I'm an Arm-wrestler and I had the worst Bad shoulders in my life past few months. The pain I experienced with every pop and click was so bad I started seeking professional medical help but nothing really helped enough for me to start working out again. But after founding and watching your two videos on bad shoulders and how to fix them did the trick. No more clicking, poping and most important nooooo.......PAIN !! And thanks to you I can continue my dream of being an Arm-wrestler

Thank you for simplifying it down to 4 drills. Every other shoulder rehab/rotator tutorial involves like 23 different movements and it's never clear what is going on.

Love this channel, has been helping me for years now! Btw, you might want to get a mic to deal with the echo and room noise. There are a couple of different kinds that would work and are pretty cheap! Thanks again for the years of pain, followed by immediate relief lol

This guy is awesome. Ive been having huge issues with my shoulders for the past 2 years. Started doing these myofasical release around shoulder and whole body, as well as doing all his excercises. I can simply say my pain gets better everyday and my range of motion is coming back like no other thing I have tried. God Bless!! and thank you I will be a new man very soon.

Thanks for allowing the comment section, my knees wont stop clicking and getting tense. I been using the lacrosse ball and doing ur videos on it i just cant seem to loosen the tissue thats pulling my knees
