Perfect video, just what I needed. This has been a year with many move-to-move trades, and my strategy of long home runs hasn't been working well, many small paper cuts that added to substantial losses.

SMB is telepathically releasing content the same time i struggle with the concept at hand. Also halfway through "One Good Trade", should have read it a year ago, so many relevant anecdotes, Mike Bella is sandbagging his power in these vids, he is a monster coach.

It took me almost a year to slowly understand these types of trades exist and to define them into something actionable, and then I stumble on this video that's exactly on point and explains everything in 30 minutes! Where were you 1 year ago?! :)))

To everyone involved in making this video, and all SMB Capital videos: thank you!! I can't say thank you enough!! The fact that you spend all this time to produce all this content, and then allow beginner traders like me to access it for free....well, karma should definitely be on your side, thanks, again!!

REALLY liked this one. Biggest loss of the year was when I turned a scalp into a "Trade2Hold". My best trades on the other hand? When I stick to my tried & tested m2m. Knowing what trade you're in and the associated Reason2Sell is absolutely key. Great content from the SMB team here, and that's coming from someone who trade FX in London.

I'm sure that was a big lesson for you. Many have fallen into that one. and thanks for the nice words

Really insightful video, Thanks! Faced the exact situation today. What initially seemed scalp trade by observing the tape turned out to be move2move trade. But it was helpful to first complete the scalp and the reenter for move2move as risk/reward are completely different in both.

@SMBcapital I love all you guys videos, but your concept on this specific topic i may disagree with. My Strategy is based on turning my scalps into move2move/Trade2Hold day trades .Always with scalping mentality for entry, then read and react for the hold. I feel doing it this way may be better for a trader psychology and alleviates alot of emotional issues most traders have, but this all depends on that specific traders strategy/Edge in the markets and personality of course. Always love to learn new things, but this is one of the reasons why I'm scared to join a firm. It might take away from my creativity. Very interesting perspective.... Love it.

If you see this...would you be willing to give some point amounts for each of these? Points on a move to move for example...50-100 ? Just wondering what is a good daily point goal for NQ . In my mind a " scalp" for a point or 2 just means you are exiting too early or trailing too close.

But i pay for trading view and the real time data packs for my charting i just use webull for execution
