Muy buenos vídeos tengo un problema con inyección Kjtronic en un Porsche 924 en cuanto pongo el contacto pulveriza gasolina por los inyectores y no para de pulverizar gasolina me puedes decir que es regulando tornillo plato sonda dejaría de pulverizar gasolina constantemente?

Haga el ajuste inicial del tornillo de mezcla: primero, retire una de las mangueras que conducen a los inyectores, conecte los contactos del relé de la bomba de combustible para que la bomba funcione constantemente y observe lo que sucede. Si el combustible comienza a salir del distribuidor, gire el tornillo en sentido antihorario hasta que se detenga. Luego, gire el tornillo en el sentido de las agujas del reloj hasta que comience a salir gasolina; luego, deténgase y gire el tornillo de mezcla media vuelta en sentido antihorario. Eso debería ayudar. Saludos

That’s pretty much the measurement I had when it came back from Flowtech. Before I had it rebuilt the depth of the control nut was .43mm and when I got it back it measured.27mm. Bosch says .6mm. So anywhere around these measurements will likely work. Of course the fuel distributor can still leak fuel if the sensor plate isn’t adjusted correctly.

Hallo ivica I need your help mr I have problem when I replace my m103 ECU jetronik with the new one The idle cannot be 700-800 What happened? The ECU part number is the same With the old ECU AF potentiometer send 0.7V when idle But the idle is 1500-2000 What sensor fail? Note:I have replace the coolant temperature sensor and check the value is correct Thanks for your help mr🙏

@@mercedeske already check the idle control valve,and have been replace with a new one also, its same, The TPS at the throttle body when not open and Full open ,WOT have a continuty,also when engine run I pull the socket the idle seems be higher more, means thats function Are The new ECU need calibrate ? Could you help me with the diagnosis? I have a Mercedes (w124) 300 TE24. There is a big problem with the engine operation. The cold engine starts and works perfectly, but when it heats up almost to the nominal temperature (80 C), it starts to run unevenly and the engine stops. Such an engine cannot be started at all, or it can be started, but when you try to put it in "D" gear, the car stalls. You have to wait until it cools down, then it can be started and runs very smoothly, accelerates and drives perfectly. Nobody can deal with it. It was suggested to replace the distributor cap and distributor finger. Apparently water accumulates there. But where does the water come from in a hot engine? Regards . Adam from Poland

Hi change the " condensor " maybe wrong word.But anyway it is under the Car next to the fuel pump and filter. Maybe change the filter while you at it good luck.

@mercedeske The Lambda probe was not replaced. It was only electrically disconnected from the system. This didn't bring any improvement. I need to determine whether the cause of the vehicle stalling is lack of fuel, but replacing the Lambda sensor is a good idea. Thank you
