I am not sure when I will make that video so I will explain it to you here, it's quite simple to do. create the first keyframe at the beginning of the layer at 0 degrees, then a second keyframe at 1 second at 88 degrees, then move 1 frame forward and add a third keyframe at 272 degrees, then a fourth keyframe at 2 seconds at 360 degrees. That should do the job.
