...The last episode is a result of Mr Puzzles rewriting the lore. Remember, [Mario gets his liver stolen] had a geriatric old crook buy Mario's liver from Bob and get Mario's powers for a brief time. If it were "Tied to Mario's Mustache", Mario's liver would _not_ have given the old Crook Mario's powers, it would have instead made the Geriatric old man look like a Cannibal and gotten him arrested by Mr Monitor. This is why my personal theory is that Mr Puzzles represents Corporate meddling.

Here's what I think, since Mario is the "avatar" if the SMG4 universe, there are safeguards and limitations as to what can actually "kill" mario, sure, he can die to a bomb, but he'll be fine like 5 minutes later, but if an outside entity, such as Zero, attempts to kill Mario, those "avatar" safeguards can't kick in, since it's not a normal thing killing Mario, it's an unknown being, actively killing the host

My SMG4 Suggestion: Mario's Hospitality Trip. It's when Meggy, SMG4 & 3, and Mario go skydiving but Mario forgets his parachute like a dumb*ss and fractururs his skull, arm, and foot. But he has trouble trying to stay trying to away from getting in more trouble of serious injuries for an entire month or 2. But the only way for his injuries is to find the most POWERABLE 1-UP to heal up all of the broken bones really fast and OK!

Video idea: SMG4 feels like he is missing something important deep inside him, like something that needs to be repaired with something or someone. He has to dig deep and go through his memory to try and what out what exactly he is needing to fix. After going through meaningful moments, like how the original castle was destroyed and WOTFI 2023, he realized he wants to repair his relationship with SMG3; as it was rather rocky.
