@@nathanstrother7593 the only one not shown. SMG4 has been known to "retcon" video stories, especially if they aren't related to a higher plot/arc. In this case, it highly likely that this story existed in the mind of Depresso, in a somewhat similar fashion to the Joker movie, although not to the same extent. It's possible that this entire plot was fictionally created by Depresso as he's struggling with something else in his head and judging how much that the final two shots are pulling from the Joker film, I think we can expect to see a bit more into the psyche of Depresso.
