We just purchased this set & I'm having trouble with mine, I paired my phone & 2 sets, but I can't hear my music or the Google maps. Do u use ur for all those or just to talk?

I just bought a second one for my wife finally after YEARS. So far Apple Music sounds like a scratched CD constantly skipping. This is just with music. The voice chat works perfectly. Any advice???? Will you guys be redoing all the videos for this headset???
