The more you rely on others, human or computers, to fix your issues or everyday life, the more incompetent and helpless you become. I see my live as an never ending learning process and try to remain as independent as possible, and I love that.

Some good points there, you're right I think! Driverless letting computer with radar and cameras make the choices seems CRAZY!!!

I thinks it's absolutely bonkers..whats wrong with teaching people to drive to a decent standard...the more aid the lower the standard.....

@@jonathantrice7614 it's coming...there is loads of footage...I'm trying to make sense of it all....I've got episode 3 down to 2 hrs...I think is good but far toooooo long...I need to get the scissors out lol.....especially as I'm going to Portugal in 7 weeks 😂

Hi Lofty. That was a very serious subject and I for one think you are justified in being a bit more than concerned about this. Are you aware of an incident in San Francisco a couple of years ago when a group of these taxis gathered at a road junction and blocked it for some time until they could be cleared away. Not certain of the exact number now but I think it was about 20 cars all parked themselves there for no reason.

A complex issue to be sure. Personally, I think I would prefer to share the road with a machine programmed to abide by regulations with perfect accuracy than a human motorist. At least in America. However it’s clear that these autonomous vehicles aren’t infallible. Until such point that they are (if ever) I see it as something of a choice between undisciplined people or faulty technology, and neither is ideal.

@@DimirGarage lol yes.....I suppose these computers will get a proper test in places like London, Paris and Rome....at least in the States, where the testis being done the cities have straight roads.....

Thought provoking. Surely the legal angle must be paramount and overwhelming as the human must take full responsibility for the vehicle?

@@TimRupp-sn5ny like most "good ideas" this is being forced o to the motoring public....insurance is another topic that is being dodged....same with ev's bursting into flames and the fire Brigade unable to extinguish! Thanks for Watching...

it's only 6 1/2 mins LOL Finally got a bike to ride on Monday......The R12 BMW cruiser 2024 model....Looks a tad on the small size for me.....once again thank you for watching
