Really great that you guys are helping out. The mid-hudson valley (along the Hudson River in the areas of Albany, Saugerties, Kingston) have had young men end up dead in water after 'something happens' in a bar. I do not feel comfortable citing names as I do not have the families' permissions. They were in the news and this goes back many years. Three young men come to mind immediately.

Hey Aiden, I mentioned Tommy’s case on the most recent episode of Casual Criminalist hosted by Simon Whistler. Idk if one of his writers will see my comment and research the case but they have covered one case I mentioned, the Boy in the Box, and if they don’t see my comment they might be willing to cover it if you reached out to them. Casual Criminalist is my favorite true crime channel because of the respect Simon shows to the victims in the cases he covers to the extent that he sometimes won’t read out parts of what his writers have included if he thinks it’s just too much. Simon has a huge audience which might also raise the chances of a possible unknown witness coming forward. I really do think this case could still be solved if enough attention is brought to his case. One thing you might want to look at if you get the case files is to see if Tommy possibly drowned from beer/alcohol consumption. His “friends” might’ve forced him to drink that much alcohol. Maybe check to see if there is any mention of scarring inside his mouth and throat from something being shoved in it, like a plastic tube. There would be bruising if it was forced in. It’s just a thought given that drowning is said to be cause of death. Moneys a bit tight but please use the dollar I donated it to help out Tommy’s parents.

Freezing a body isn’t quick. What if lividity set in while he was freezing in a big freezer? As in, it would take several hours for the body to freeze solid. If layed down in the freezer, lividity would occur while beginning to freeze. Then several hours later, the freeze would be complete. Perfect set up to throw off time of death.

I would never,NEVER leave one of my friends while we're out..🤨 if we got separated somehow,I would spend the remainder of the night searching for them, and looking for them in jails or hospitals or where ever they possibly could be..and if I didn't find them in short order,I'd absolutely be bothering their parents 😔 no matter that it's the middle of the night!! It's concerning that some of the people and the "bouncer" worked in the fire department. At least in FL, the police/sheriffs and fire/ems are very connected. They work with, hang out, marry into each others families, and are often childhood friends, even from different counties. Usually, law enforcement tries to work in an area/ county over from where they live for their own safety. I would not be surprised if their was a connection between that department and some of the officers in this area. It may very well be them not wanted to deal with case for other reasons, but this is suspicious.

Redacting prescriptions is standard protocol. If the Xanax was taken recreationally it wouldn’t have been redacted as theres no chance it violates HIPAA or state laws. All states have their own laws beyond HIPAA as well. Most pertain to very specific issues HIPPA doesn’t clearly cover but all states have at least some laws that actually contradict HIPAA. Investigators are supposed to get a judge to sign off on a warrant before attempting to look into someones scripts.

They probably are in on it. Reminds me of that case where the two boys were murdered on the train tracks bc they accidentally saw one of the head cops selling drugs. I think that the coroner’s report forgets that the subject had epilepsy. Epilepsy can cause pulmonary embolisms, which can resemble secondary drowning. If someone was trying to terrify him, the stress could have caused him to have a seizure which led to a fatal pulmonary embolism. They could have then held him inside a walk-in freezer for days until they could think of a way to “safely” dispose of his body. When the public pressure got too intense, they then dumped the body in the creek. The key to this theory is that the killers had to have had help with redirecting attention away from them. These dummies were definitely not able to get away with this on their own.

What the Heck is Wrong with Law Enforcement who are supposedly Trained to Search for the Missing, or Contact Search and Rescue to Look for a Missing Person? And are they not also Trained to Investigate Suspicious Deaths? Especially if a person went missing and an area was repeatedly searched then a body appears in very place that was searched multiple times? Why would a guy take a walk so far away to urinate down into a frozen creek outside a bar? When there's bushes, trees, shrubs, and dumpsters around? The dose of Ativan, or Zanax, which is Biodiazapine was 2.5, the lowest pharmaceutical dose. Which runs through a person's metabolism in 6 to 8 hours. Unless a person has an allergic reaction or adverse side effects where they pass out or stop breathing? Which is something that would have been noticed immediately. However, Biodiazapine's will increase a person's BAC level and those levels steadily increase after death. Biodiazapine is one of the drugs that is tested for on a Toxicology report a Medical Examiner would send into the Pathologist? If there was a BAC report, certainly there would have been a report of the Biodiazapines in his system. If that is not in the Toxicology report, then he was not taking his medication that day. However, they should have checked for GHB? Which is not a standard drug tested on a Toxicology Test? Although at death there are trace amounts in a human body. A test for that drug, in the circumstances in which he was found, could reveal quite alot? And so could the contents of his stomach? Which would also narrow down his time of death? If his stomach was empty? Then he certainly did not die after leaving that Bar! His stomach should be full of beer! Rohipnol is another knock out drug and other Psychotropic drugs such as Risperdol are used for nightmares, seizures, and also known to treat anti-psychotic episodes will knock a person out quickly leaving them with no memory. Anybody having access to these medications could have spiked this Man's drink at anytime leaving him completely impaired within minutes? Even his own medication, if others were aware he was taking it, where he kept it, and had access to it could be used as a weapon against him if one of his "Buddies" spiked his drink? This could and would quite possibly raise and even double a person's BAC level! So Impressed that these fine Parent's came onto the Livestream and are willing to do anything to solve the Murder of their Son? My heart really feels for them. I pray to God they get the Proper help they're Entitled to and their Tax Dollars have Over-Paid a Lazy Police Force and Incompetent County Sheriff and State Police to not even care enough to send out the Search and Rescue when he was Missing? It's tragically Appalling! The State Police and the FBI should have been a part if this Murder Investigation? People with no Investigative Background or Experience can see either a cover up, a lack of concern, or total lack of training and willingness to actually do the work? And it's becoming a trend across the Country with new officers relying too much on their gadgets and computers to do the work for them? They've actually quit thinking and using common sense? If its not on a screen? They ignore it? If it didn't come back from a test? It isn't so? Even if they didn't test for it? Nobody thought outside the normal parameters to do the freakin test? This is our New Law Enforcement! I just read how 3 trained and experienced officers gunned down a young man in a rental car as he slept in his Grandma's driveway, not wanting to wake her in the middle of the night? She called the Police Because a strange car was parked in her driveway? The cops could have taken a picture of the guy? Sent it to Grandma to identify her grandson who was sound asleep with a registered gun in the passenger seat. They ran the license plate. Duh, it came back registered to the State... FLA. I'm thinking, okay, that's it? The VIN is on the Dash isn't it? Come on? The Police have to know it's a rental? Right? They don't even Relate that to Grandma? Who would figure out her grandson rented the car? He goes to College in FLA and decided to visit for the weekend? Why didn't the Police ask her? Instead they bang on the window trying to wake the kid? He barely moves But when he opens his eyes They all three cops started firing their guns at once! NO BRAINS! They aren't fired or on leave without pay? It's under investigation? Oh yeah the kid is black Grandma is black Upper middle class Those 3 cops? Stupid Ignorant and untrained idiots!

So this isn't exactly the topic of the stream but doesn't anyone else think it's a little strange that at first the official word from police was "There is no such thing as Smiley Face Killers." and then only *a few years later* we are made aware of a Smiley Face Killers Team that officially looks into these events as a possible series of interconnected incidents with 100+ cases? Usually the turnover on sniffing out government bullshittery like this takes *dozens of years* of digging, scraping, and hounding by normal-ass people like you and me. Now it's *less than half a decade later* and they openly admit it's a thing and my head is still spinning. Like, what? Things like this *never* happen this fast about even the most trivial stuff that already has mounds of empirical evidence available. Even if it all turns out to just be a red herring that random assholes are doing to confuse the reality of the situations (which is, to be honest, the most likely outcome), the fact that someone, somewhere, admitted anything at all in just a few years after people started taking notice is mind blowing to me.

As a Wilmington Delaware resident with a house near Ridley Park one town over in Prospect Park I can absolutely say that the cops are extremely corrupt around here and self-serving. I was crippled in 2013 due to police violence with them thinking i was trying to flee th4e scene of an accident even though i was just trying to move my stricken vehicle out of the line of traffic. After that happened, they transferred the officers that did it to another unit and refused to tell us where they were to face prosecution. There were also firemen there that helped beat me up and my ex wife'sd family were firemen so i can tell you around here they are just as bad as a gang they steal shit from burning buildings and claim it was damaged. They also hid their own when we went to sue them as well. My dad spent 16 years in jail for a murder he did not commit to stop the 1975 race riots in Wilmington. This has been a real problem for a long time and then Senator Joe Biden helped look the other way, so his precious city was not burned down.

If he has taken it in the morning the alcohol wouldn’t have made a difference in the equation. If he took it while drinking it’s possible he became disoriented but all the other factors in this case suggest he was killed

Okay, triangle of crime, means motive, opportunity. Some of his friends were criminals with access to drugs...so means, and out drinking is opportunity, and motive....plenty of "reasons" to do something...looking good for it at least. Just an armchair crime show enthusiast's opinion.

I just want to say thank you for the love and respect you put into your case you put a level of care that the government obviously didn't and you're bringing awareness and the public eye on something that is necessary for all of these cases

100%, someone paid off the cops. There's no way they'd be THST incompetent as to not even DO anything at all. They likely knew where and when they were going to find the body, and called it a drowning without doing anything else..

This story is unutterably sad. I wish that our modern society, including the police forces, embraced higher standards of mutual aid, decency and accountability. Unfortunately, what I see, again and again is that we Americans have become a people who routinely ignore the suffering of others, and our police forces appear only to be interested in serving the interests of the wealthy and powerful. I HOPE that there are still heroic people working as police officers, and that some agencies accomplish the goal of preventing and/or punishing actual evil, in the interest of the people... I hope that it happens. But generally this does not appear to be the case. Police are swift to attack people demonstrating or marching in support of a cause, but are very reluctant to apprehend people who commit violent crimes. I am impressed by the amount of actual investigative work that you cats at the Lore Lodge are managing to do. I'm sure that you're accomplishing some genuine good in the world, and not just creating entertaining content. Good job, guys. Sincerely. --N

I wondered, too. I can't imagine being put in the position to discuss "decomposition" and one's child in the same sentence 😭 I can only assume it's the passage of time (16 years) and the fact that they have had to think about this every day since. Bless them for pushing forward❤

If he was drinking beers and taking shots it's very easy that his blood alcohol level could be high enough to read what it read when he was found. My friend, who is a pretty big dude, just got a DUI and his blood alcohol was over 2% and he was only drinking beers without any hard alcohol

I'm gonna bet all those in cars 1 and 2 and driver of 3 know exactly that they are lying. 1 girl lured him out to group at back and 2 or 3 males. My prayers and thoughts to family I hope justice is served. Additional: this seems like a group of wanna be's. 1 From what you were discussing I think 1 of the group will easily break rank and come clean if interrogated. More than likely most of them would. The bouncer that is friends with 1, may aswell be a part of the group since the entire group just seems to be saying whatever they think which is actually making them look more suspicious by every word. Listen to what the other bouncer says he will tell the truth. I do not believe anyone else was waiting or involved. Justice will come, just wish it was sooner rather than later.
