FYI: This is a 2014 model. It’s the only year that any Jazzies\Fits had only one O-ring instead of four.

My 2005Fit is very likely to have this gasket problem. The crankshaft seal is replaced but still leaking from the flying wheel cover. However this oil pan is a pain in the ass, it is very deep, no oil pan gasket and it has the compressor bolting on it. I just really dont have enough determination to do this job.

hard to know, but at this age they are pretty likely to leak both.

Google it yourself using the make, model, trim type, and engine size. That’s not something you should trust someone else who is a half a world away to do for you. Besides that, they will likely not get the same results in regard to availability respective to where you live.

FYI: That is definitely something you need to sort out on your own; year, make, model, and trim. The vehicle in this video is a 2014; the only year that their oil pans had only one O-ring instead of four, in addition to the “smiley” gasket. They’re all sold together in kits anyway, so you can’t buy individual ones anyway. (For all the work required to swap them out, it would be a senseless waste not to replace them all at the same time once you have the pan unseated. Just so you know, Most folks won’t answer for questions that could or should be sorted out independently. Sometimes you’ll get lucky and someone will leave you a nice attempt at helpful answers if they happen to be a lil stoned and bored having done the research already. You keep that pearl with you wherever you go from now on.

Yan din problema ko, di ko alam kung rear crankshaft oil seal or smiley gasket ang papalitan. Kakapalit ko lang kasi ng rear crankshaft oil seal.

Looks like it. I think that’s a fly wheel we’re looking at, forward of the broken smiley gasket. Also, if anyone is calling it a Jazz, they’re not North American. If their car was not purchased in that market, chances are very high it’s a manual transmission and not automatic. This one MUST be a 2014 make, because it’s the only year the oil pan gasket had one o-ring instead of four.
