The prices are: $29.99 for the Normal Edition. $59.99 for the Deluxe Edition. $99.99 for the Ultimate Edition. Ascension Passes are the all new progression system that reward you as you level up your god masteries. They seem to be battle passes for a specific god that includes skin's emotes, etc. for that particular god. This is what they said about the Ascension Passes in the FAQ: "We wanted to make mastering a god more rewarding, so we're adding more free rewards to every level and there will be new rewards that you get when you buy the Ascension Pass. You'll still master gods as normal if you don't own an Ascension Pass, but you get a lot more rewards for it if you do. We'll be sharing more info on them as we get closer to their Summer release!"

well, you can at least make an estimation based on how many skins you've bought (technically it's more on how many gems you've spent.) from what I think I'm at the very least getting 50,000 gems, but I'm pretty sure i've spent more than 50k gems, so if I get the founders pack, I'm gonna get more than 100k gems.

Well, considering that all of these packs include all of the SMITE 2 gods coming out forever, that's a good start. And the base pack is $30 USD, which is about as much as SMITE 1's All the Gods Pack. @@Mitch98079 as far as i'm aware from trying for hours you can't link a Playstation account beyond simply having the Playstation account showing linked in your account - there is no cross progression whatsoever outside of a PS account and that's a Sony thing not a Hi-Rez thing. I may be wrong as I tried on xbox but I understand it's a black hole if you started on PS4/5.

the rewards are 1x all the gems you ever spent or 2x. no 4x idk where you are getting that. Keep in mind those gems you're getting are useless on their own, they only cover HALF of MOST items in the game. meaning, you still need to buy new gems to cover the other half of the cost of any item.

Divine legacy doesn’t give you 2x gems iirc. All it gives you is those skins and they said all gems you’ve ever spent is transferred to smite 2. They’ve never said a word about 2x gems unless you buy a founders pack which does double your gems

Legacy gems are doubled for every smite 1 gem you've spent, the founders pack doubles it so in a sense yes you get x4 but it's more like if you have spent let's say 8000 gems in smite 1. You automatically in smite 2 get 16000 legacy gems. If you buy a founders pack you instead get 32000 legacy gems.

@@xlGromlx The smite fanbase has been waiting on Hi-Rez to add cross progression for PS consoles and PC for 5+ years now so if all your progress is on Sony stuff stick to sony stuff, it won't transfer anyways...sony is too greedy to let cross progression happen without them getting money from it and Hi-Rez is owned by some cheapo company that's refusing as well because of lost revenue. But they're pushing all this new shady monetization in the first place with a LOT of asterisks and hidden text so I'm giving up blaming Sony. Other smaller companies not backed by media conglomerates have bitten the bullet, Hi-Rez isn't special anymore.

They can't port over skins because it'll take too long but they can sure put out recolors for old limited skins with new names and price tags pretty quick lol. And before someone who doesn't know dev stuff comes in excusing their Stockholm relationship, I know people who've made their own games and even they're calling BS. Direct asset flips to a new engine is NOTHING as long as the skeleton and framework of the model is still the same and I'm not seeing extra limbs or layers of details on the gods...they just don't want to split their resources between making a new game, trying to hype it up, AND smoothing out the old skins when they're sure it isn't gonna bring in numbers. All of smite's content has been cosmetic driven, years of events centered around "here's some lore around the new skin" even making new game modes to compliment them. Taking that away takes whatever remaining attachment fans have to the game. The skins are milestones and memories for a live service game. The removal of official esports teams like 100 Thieves, Spacestation Gaming, Optic, was also more than likely a decision by Georgia to save money and hire the players directly to make their own esports teams instead of paying fees to have the official dudes there. Esports scene has been non-existent since they did that. Nobody wants to look up a roster just to figure who's on it and which is "their team". These are just the 2 biggest most bone headed business moves ever and they're not smart ones made by people who understand how MOBAs work and the things that are hype about them and bring people in despite them being pretty toxic community wise. Played since 2014, been following it from 600 gem crossover battle passes and events with new game modes that lasted 2 months, to constant crossover and regular "EVENTS" that cost 2000+ gems total just for skins no game modes and battle passes that last only 1 month, the game is in a monetary death roll since Paladins isn't doing so hot and Realm Royale was a waste of money. They have to prove themselves a good asset worth keeping around. If they don't, hopefully they can win the legal battle to keep the smite name away from Georgia Media and break off into their own.

Ok, $30 is pretty good for unlocking every god. I'm glad they kept that from Smite 1, and even expanded on it.

you've been able to purchase for awhile now, ever since the first announcement for the game. however, I am salty they came out with a higher tier than Deluxe since originally that's all they had was base and deluxe. now I gotta see about getting the ultimate without forking over an extra 100 and just pay the difference since i purchased the deluxe edition.
