Got the founders pack just like I did with Paladins. I really like Hi-Rez studios except for the recent “season pass” business with Paladins. Either way, extremely excited to get into this and play as Anubis and Ra. Two of my favorite gods :D

I bought a Founder's Pack on PC way back when the game first started but then hardly touched it. Having it on Switch and being able to keep that pack may give me a reason to look at it again.

So there are AI bots in the game but they are currently online only and I don’t believe there are plans to introduce any offline play

No problem! Offline AI battles would be decent for the odd quick game - I wonder if it’s partly that you need to authenticate to login and all the rest of it

in order for the game to know what account you are using im sure you will have to log into it online so it knows what characters you own and whatnot since its a server side thing and not a client side one

As there is cross progression anything you purchased on Xbox will be available to you on switch if you sync your accounts so they only thing you will get is 600 gems and early access

C'mon HiRez what about Paladins! >:O Fortnite and Warframe do this (or rather, the latter let's you carry over your PC account ONCE) so Paladins needs to do this so I can justify paying on premium currency without feeling like I have to double dip for the luxury of portability AND mouse/kb (at home) xD

Correct, this is due to Sony closing if off and not allowing Cross play or progression. They don't want their player base to play on other systems which is just crazy in my opinion as this is about bringing more players together.

To me theses shooters all look and play the same, PALADINS especially. My personal view is just buy the awesome Diablo 3. I no this game is not free to play,But you get all DLC included, and it's as hard-core as you want it to be (ie choosing difficulty level). I of course will try it out thou.

@@SwitchWatch Every thursday (I belive) There is a 2v2 daily mode. It can range from 2v2 on the 3v3 map or a 2v2 on the conquest map with 100000 gold :)

Be warned. The community can be... well toxic to say the least I'd recommend playing in a party with friends. Although being a new player you shouldn't have many bad eggs

I don't like to do this, but this feels a pretty blatant copy attempt at just about every SwitchUp review or list video. Narration is eerily similar to what Mark and Glen do. I do appreciate the hard work and time investment that goes into making these kind’s videos, but it’s honestly starting to get a little out of hand with some of these SwitchWatch videos.

@@SwitchWatch Your reviews offer the kind of straight forward, no yelling or loud music gimmicks many other channels have, and I sincerely appreciate that and apologize for the generalization that my original comment may have conveyed. I DID NOT mean your review format. But there have been components to your reviews that are trending more to SwitchUp’s videos rather than your own style. The Warframe intro was nearly identical to SwitchUp. Abzu’s review was narrated much like SwitchUp’s Moonlighter review, which is not Juan’s typical style. I even remember this channel mentioning a monthly giveaway in a couple videos after SwitchUp started doing it, but then never followed through. You guys don't really do it anymore, but for a while there you started adding the pros and cons AFTER SwitchUp had started doing it. This channel had not done a “need to know” type video until after them either. Now this could all be coincidental and I am not trying to call you IGN.

Hi Sean thanks for the comment, I’m glad you appreciate our style of videos thank you and no offence taken! I really liked Juan’s abzu style which he did because of the game being so chilled out - i thought it fit the game really well. Giveaways are a pretty common KZbin thing and to be clear we didn’t start it after any other channel - if you go back you will see we first dabbled with it a year before that, parked it, tried it again and parked it - the reason being it’s nice to give something away but in truth it can lead to views where people are only watching to get a giveaway and not engaging or watching our content much. Pros and cons are something we do on our website - we’ve done so since the beginning, tried it in a couple of videos and got some negative feedback on it and dropped it, as you can see there’s a lot of thought into us creating content, tweaking it and trying new ideas to get the best results! No disrespect to switchup, I like their stuff but I don’t watch enough of there content to know as much detail as you and in all honesty as our channel has been around longer, we’ve tried many different things and I imagine some of it is going to be similar to them whilst other things, like our gameplay videos, unboxing videos, accessory reviews and what not won’t be - on the flip side they may do something similar and someone might say they are trending towards our style - in fact I could imagine someone saying that their whole channel followed ours closely from the beginning

So that's spot on. Juan and I were actually talking about crossover styles and content today and that's always going to happen on channels covering the same things.
