That light on the Sig is helping with the recoil. (I’m sure other people probably mentioned this). Maybe try them with the Sig naked and then try them offhand. I’d love to see that. ;-)

It’s because of the spring weight and the light. All the Carry Comps come way over sprung from the factory to increase reliability with all types of ammo. Also having that extra weight on the slide from the light brings the gun down a lot faster

I hate these reviews where they put a light on the end of one of the guns and then try to say that one doesn't recoil as much. It's not a fair competition.😂

It’s the super tense spring in the shield that makes it harder to control. Also it probably isn’t broken in as much

My S&W 9mm Shield Plus with a True Precision Treaded Barrel now has a True Precision Micro Comp. Its almost 4 inches now. I love it. 2024 upgrade.

I have both of these as well I feel like the shield comp works better. It is worth noting that the holosun dots don’t seem to work on the shield carry comp even though they fit. You will not be able to zero it beyond super close distances. I had to send mine off to get remilled.

Holosun needs a plate, it isn't the right pattern. Holo EPS Carry comes with an RMSc plate.

I had a plate which didn’t help you would need a shim to tilt the optic slightly for a zero beyond 7 yards

Man I knew this was going to happen in the end lol I don't think I can get away from that sig set up mine just has a hogue grip sleeve on WC xl frame. Shoots and carry amazingly.

Why did you get the 4" model smith&wesson? You didn't get the 4.22inch model the full size one.

You’re talking about a completely different gun. That is the M&P 2.0 Carry Comp. They don’t make the 2.0 Carry Comp in a 4” model, both the Compact & Metal are the same 4.22”. Only the Grip is different. This video is talking about the Shield Plus Carry Comp.

personally I carry a Canik Tp9sf full size 9mm. I am a pretty big guy, as compared to some. carrying full size pistol is easy for me, but it is not optic ready. To be transparent I would like to carry something like a Glock 19, or preferably a little "PSA Dagger" that is optic ready and with a threaded barrel so I can add a comp or suppressor/silencer. not to mention, there are just allot of options for a Glock or Glock clone.

I'll take my icarus aluminum grip radian ramjet zev 365 macro build over both of those, the radian ramjet is designed by people who know how to make comps and the 365 ramjet mitigates recoil better than both these
