Just bought the CD of Rare Earth for my wife off eBay. We’ve loved this song to death. I used to play it when I was a radio DJ years ago.

Haven't heard this in nearly 30 years. God bless the interwebs- stumbled onto this after plugging in the first line of the chorus, couldn't remember anything else.

I agree with everyone's thoughts. These guys deserved better recognition. This music was surreal.

Love this song! Reminds me a lot of that old song "Birds" by Linda Ronstadt

First time hearing and watching this. Thank you. Michelle’s voice and delivery reminds me a bit about Chrissie Hynde.

Received a free cassette of the Red Earth Album from my college radio station around 1990ish, they gave it to me write a review for the college paper. Loved the album and the band but they never caught on here in the States that I could tell.

Thanks so much. What a great era for music, problem was perhaps too much quality works all at once, particularly Canadian musicians. Its possible that I'm extremely biased

I have this album on tape... really a great band with great songs.... sometimes I somehow go back to this song.... I don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing (it's probably a bad thing)... but I sometimes feel it is just what I feel like I need to do!

great song but, unfortunately reminds me of a girlfriend that we ended up parting ways. She passed away less than a year later from cancer. Almost 30 years ago but, still think of her when I hear this song.

The Red Earth album could only have been made during the depressing melancholy of a Canadian winter.
