Outstanding! After working in a sled shop for several years I've got a little traid secret for summarizing or winterizing all engines I use premix nonethenol gas. Unhook gas line to carb and plug In real gas premix and run long enough to fill the bowl the oil gas mix keeps needles and seats clean. 4srokes and 2strokes with oil injection. Because injection ports are After carb and before cylinder. That's why the carb on the moto-ski that sat in a barn for 30 years will start rate up on fresh gas and a boat that hasn't been run for 3 years needs the carbs cleaned and rebuilt. Pro tip #2 don't run ethanol in any small engines chainsaw weed wackah or hedge trimmer. Unless you use them everyday

Yep, or before your last ride, non-Eth gas, some you can drain the fuel bowls also, on storage but that is generally long term.

There are fuel shut off valves on my newer sleds that I can close and run the sled until the carbs are empty as well, which by the looks of this Winter will be very soon.

Have you taken the float bowls off and inspected the main jet? It sits right below the needle, and if it's plugged or even partially blocked it will cut fuel from 1/4 throttle and up. I believe you'll need a 6mm socket to remove it. You should be able to see through it when held up to a light. Which groove is the E clip in on the jet needle? Count from the top down. How does it idle?
