Love this, ribs are always too sweet over here. Des (my husband would never eat these as he hates any meat on the bone, he’s a peasant and I am seriously looking at my life choices 🤣. I mean who prefers chicken breast over thighs? I asked where the foil was in the grocery store, got a blank look, I say aluminum foil the way we say it another blank look,I had t resort to the North American way of say aluminum, here in Canada they do not speak the same language as us 🤣. Looks so good Steve, I would eat it without the extra BBQ sauce. Looking forward to pledging allegiance to the King? I’m going to see if I can blag a day off, won’t watch it as I think the monarchy should be done away with now QEII is gone. Take care.

Don’t mind Pork Ribs and Chicken Wings, but not keen on anything else on the Bone! They do talk funny, and a lot over there! 🤣

Hi mate your still the Ninja Guru for me no doubt lol Ribs look amazing. Do you know by any chance when the Woodfire is set to " grill " it displays Hi Med and Low what is the actual cooking temperature of them all as it doesn't display the temp. Thanks

Am I right in thinking on the smoker setting there seems to be less smoke than on other settings when using the woodfire technology? Maybe due to less movement on the fan? Just wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong!
@DutchyOutdoorCookingBBQ5 ай бұрын
Yes it’s all to do with fan speeds.

Could I ask where you purchased the ribs from. Hard pressed to find decent ribs with meat on in the UK these days
@DutchyOutdoorCookingBBQ Жыл бұрын
These were purchased from Farm Foods, not use if they still have them in. Another good place is Bookers, yellow box meaty ribs.
@scottthorneycroft5468 Жыл бұрын
Hey Steve, they look great! I have to ask, where did you get that spray bottle from? I've gone through several cheapo ones from wilkos and the like but they never hold up well, that looks like a nice robust one!

Do I put the ribs on the grill meat side down or bone side down?

I start meat side down to protect the meat from above.

Cheers Steve, gave it a go yesterday and it was awesome 😁. Also used your apple pellets and they were amazing, 2 hours clean burn and hardly any ash at the end.
