They looked great. So if you had to smoke some ribs for your most favorite person in the world, which method would you use - wrapped or unwrapped?

I would probably do both …. Some people want fall off the bone tender, if that’s the case go wrapped. Some people like a little bite to it, if that’s the case go unwrapped. Wrapping makes it more tender, but less bark. Either way they’re awesome, but if your going for melt in your mouth tender, wrapping would be the way to go.
