cool video...that is my secret to crispy skin, spay butter..also how i obtain smokey flavor on a pellet grill..the spray is oily and dont evaporate as fast as apple juice or vinegar .the smoke sticks to the oily spray,and u cant taste the spray ..win win...i also use the royal oak charcoal pellets , love em..they look delicious
