Good video, I was wondering about the skin, I like mine crispy too. I have one of these coming, hoping it shows up before the snow flies. I figured this would be perfect to take along on the camping trips or even using around the house for smaller cooks. Does it give the food a pretty good smoky flavor or is it like most pellet smokers, light on the smoke? Thanks again, good video.

I usually don't cook for time, but for internal temp...however the total cook time was 2 hours and 46 minutes
