Been there a bunch and love it always said my favorite place to truck nb. I was bringing lobster . They wake me up and cook me breakfast nice people . First long haul was barreled to minisota. They took alot of it out to st. Paul

One of best in gravy.......most Liberian used it everyday in cooking. First u to boil the salt out just a little excellent for eating 😋 👌 👍 😀 🙂

I grew up in the Dominican Rep. I remember when I was younger this was the food of poor people (or so they used to say) Today, only those in better economic standing can afford what twas the only protein affordable to the poor. Now the protein by choice for the destitute few is the "artificial" chicken, grown in 45 days...WTH!!!

Haitians do have electricity. Maybe people in the poor dont have. Just like any other country. There are poor parts and great parts. Unfornately society always talk about the poor and bad parts

Of course…that’s who taught the French settlers this method, although, the French would do have been used smoking too as that was the way to preserve food for ocean crossings.
