Smoked Kokanee Salmon Using A Wet Brine | Simple, Easy, Delicious

In this video I make smoked Kokanee Salmon using a wet Brine that is super simple and delicious. If you have never made kokanee salmon in the smoker, you should give it a try you wont be disappointed.
Please note in this video I say that you want an internal temperature of 160 degrees for doneness. I was looking at my temperature setting when I said this and that is not correct, you want It to be 145 degrees. Remember to subscribe and hit the like button!
