Okay where do I start...how about with nice shirt brother!🤘 The herb chutney you made looked perfect! I like that the meat market sold smokers too. Cook trick on scoring the pork belly with a box cutter.🔪 I liked how you took off a chunk of the belly and stuff it with itself...pork stuffed with pork....genius!🏆 I gotta get me one of them rotisserie attachments for my Weber. What's the name of the song playing in the video? Loved the crunch on the pork belly!🐖 Your lovely wife is so awesome to join you on the taste test. If I ever make it back to Austin, I wanna come over and have you make this...afterall, the sign in your backyard said friends and family welcome!😁 Great job on this cook buddy. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family! Peace!✌

The music I use is all from Epidemic sounds which is all unlicensed music to use in your videos. I'll get the name of that track later and text it to you. And most definitely when you make it back this way you know you are more than welcomed bro. There may be something int he works real soon btw. I'll definitely make this for you too bro. Howdy Alton. So I have been getting caught up on some porchetta vids. Dash mentioned that you had done one. I see you have done more then one,at least two. Neither were listed on the play list that I could see though, maybe I missed something. Anyway so I really enjoyed that deluxe pesto sauce. You had just about everything except pine nuts. So I received my Rotisserie from Cajun Bandit and will be doing my first porchetta this afternoon. I couldn't find a skin on pork belly yesterday so that's going to have to wait until I can find one in the future. Anyway thanks as always for your great work and your saying hello during Dashes live show. Well I gotta go, I have some piggy that needs some cooking. Again, thanks. And last thing, it was kinda cool to see one of Phil's comments in your comments here. He touched a lot of folks life's through his channel and that's pretty darned cool. RIP Phil. 😇

@@TheDawgfathasBBQ I've been looking at some Italian holiday porchetta recipes and am developing some ideas myself. Considering combining a traditional pesto sauce OR a mint style pesto sauce with some Goji berries for a little color and sweetness. Im trying to find some dried berry's now. I'll let you know how they turn out. Have a great day.
