Hey Chris, really loving these videos. Could you possibly do a comparison video between the El Patron and the Chud Box. These are the 2 hot box cookers that I am trying to decide between. I would bet that I am not the only one struggling to choose. Thank you for your time, sir!

Greetings from WA! I’ve been watching all of these El Patron videos and think I need to pull the trigger. I lived in Texas for a long time before moving here and miss the direct heat cooking style. Can’t wait to spec this out

Looks amazing Chris. I am going to make a 7# prime rib for Christmas on the LSG pellet grill. Planning the low and slow to 115° and then pull it when I uncover the fire pot and crank it up for a nice crust. Can't wait!

Chris, I purchased the 20x42 offset back in October (it's being built this week!) and I see this new El Patron you been showcasing. This is the next cooker on the list! Thanks for the videos and content.

Cant wait to get you the offset and just let us know when your ready for the next one.

You can reheat in sous vide to perfect temp

the bones belong to the cooking crew, not the general public. they are the best part. I prefer to cut the bones off before cooking, season on all sides then tie the bones back on. makes it easy to cut up once the meat is cooked.

Can we get some more El patron videos. Maybe some ribs or a pork butt?
@handsydirector48622 ай бұрын
Just show how it does on something simple like burgers.

What is the price for El Patron?
@SemiMF11 ай бұрын
Excellent ! Chris your killn me 😂 . The EL Patron looks like the Swiss army knife of grills. Now if I can locate a supplier for splits where I live ( high desert) , this is definitely #1 on my next purchase list .

The good thing is that unlike a true stick burner you dont need near as much wood so its easier to buy online if you dont have it locally.
