Done very well. A great break in for "Lil Red". Those guys ate good that night. They looked delicious. Interesting results too.

I have the same smoker and it’s amazing. I’ve found that instead of continually adding more wood, a quick stoke gets some nice thin smoke going again.

Awesome looking ribs!! I love the way that smoker sounds when you close the door!!! 👊"Sealed"👊 I'm a big LHS fan too, my next rib cook is going to be using it for a binder... don't know why I haven't tried it yet... Guess I never thought to. Who ever is doing the video and editing 👍 You guys put out a good video...where you headed in two months. Is that Memphis??

Nice A/B/C comparison on those ribs. All of them looked really good, though! That Humphrey's is nice!

So these Humphries get pretty close to the smoke flavor of an offset flavor with a lot less baby-ing?

I don’t know if you got access to one... but could you please do a review of the Weber Master Touch E-5775 with the smoke ring? There are few if any reviews on it. (I know PitmasterX did one, but not the best review he has done.)

Fine looking ribs Craig ,I think Johnny Trigg better start looking over his shoulders at competition's, one question about your new smoker ,do you take the weed burner torch and preheat the cook chamber to help get it to temp quicker? I know some of the cabinet cookers suggest that, regardless great video, keep them coming.

Great seeing the new toy at work. The food looked great. Off subject but important. I FINALLY found some B&B at a Ace Hardware about 50 miles away. So I'll be doing a cook this up coming weekend. And I was told where there is a closer store. So fingers crossed. 🤞😁

nice video but would have been more informative to show close ups of the cut ribs for smoke ring, meat/fat thickness, juiciness, what the bone looked like etc. And what was it that made the Smith Premium come out on top? Better/more intense pork flavor? Any difference in the level of smokiness? Better consistency of fat and/or meat? Felt rushed at the end.
@BBQiT4 жыл бұрын
Thakns bro. Yeah, not enough extreme closups, I agree. I was very cold, and meat was getting cold fast. It was a true taste test, not an appearance test. They all looked the same, smoke ring, juicy...It came down to pure flavor of pork. The porkiest flavor won!
